The chapel was built between the years 1387 and 1395 to designs by William Wynford, with Hugh Herland responsible for the traceried wooden ceiling and Thomas of Oxford for the glazing. The chapel was consecrated for use on 17 July 1395. The wooden ceiling is striking and it is a highlight of the public tour.
I love the wicket gates in the medieval doors around college. They seem to invite you into a secret world.

The cloisters around chancery
Graffiti is nothing new - boys have been leaving their trace on the chancery and cloister walls throughout the school's history. The earliest one here is 1648.
